Services Provided

CJ Crystallized Cleaning offers professional house cleaning and vacation rental cleaning services. Our services include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks as requested by the client.

Service Agreement

• All cleaning services are provided by appointment only.
• Clients must provide accurate details about the property and specific cleaning requirements.
• Any changes to the scheduled cleaning must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
• A late fee may be applied to overdue payments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Tardy and Lock Out Policy

• In cases where we are delayed to an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as lockouts or extended cleaning times, we will notify you as soon as possible. A lockout fee of $40 will be applied if we cannot access the property at the scheduled time.

Parking

• Clients must provide a parking spot within a block radius of the cleaning location within a 20-minute window of our arrival. Failure to provide parking may require rescheduling and a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

Keys and Alarm Systems

• Client's keys will be stored securely and only handled by authorized personnel. Keys will be hand-delivered to the client, who must present ID upon receipt. Clients are advised to deactivate alarm systems on cleaning days to avoid disruptions.

Handling of Delicate and Valuable Items

• Clients are responsible for securing fragile and valuable items prior to cleaning. Any damages to the property should be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service. Similarly, any damages noticed by our staff during the cleaning will be reported to the client immediately.

Prohibited Cleaning Items

• We do not clean hazardous materials such as blood, bodily fluids, bug infestations, or feces. Discovery of such materials will result in immediate cessation of cleaning services, and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.

Employee Comfort and Safety

• We ensure a climate-controlled environment is maintained for the comfort of our staff during cleaning. Heavy lifting is limited to objects no more than 25lbs. Staff will use a 2-step ladder for reaching high areas but will not climb higher.

Liability

• CJ Crystallized Cleaning will take reasonable care when providing cleaning services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or wear and tear on the property.

Changes in Pricing

• Prices for our services are subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next scheduled service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Privacy Policy

• CJ Crystallized Cleaning respects your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for providing and improving our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

• The laws of Ontario, Canada, excluding its conflict of law provisions, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, provincial, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

• If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting CJ Crystallized Cleaning.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• CJ Crystallized Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
